Five Kiddos on Easter 2011

Fletcher just had to wear the outfit Daddy bought him in VA when the airlines lost his suitcase and they'd waited until 1:30 a.m. to get it the night before Charlie prayed over the VA Senate's opening session at noon the next day! They got a few hours sleep at Lake Anna before getting up to no running water and doing a "bird bath" with gallon jugs of water before heading out to Richmond for the opening day of the Senate. Charlie and Fletch had to dash into Walmart and grab an outfit for Fletcher to wear on the Senate floor. Fletch tried it on and kept it on for the cashier to ring it up with him wearing it! There was no time to waste! They made it to Richmond in plenty of time but not without a series of mishaps!

Paris Easter photos 2011

Paris was soooo excited to wear her new dress from Gammy and Popsy on Easter. The only problem was she'd thrown up (lots!) the night before and couldn't go to church on Sunday! She didn't care...she put it on anyway and wore it to pick up the big kids from church after they sang with the choir.

Love how Noah is looking so lovingly at Tommy in this picture...
Paris was so thrilled to get new shoes that are high heels. She and Sarah are "same same" and both think their new shoes are so fun!
Paris is now wanting to grow her hair out to be the same as Sarah's. She likes how Sarah has layers. The only problem is Paris' hair is completely different from Sarah's in terms of thickness! It definitely won't look the same! The hair cutter told Sarah when she got the layers that Sarah had the thickest hair she'd ever cut!

Easter Morning Pictures 2011

Tommy likes to squeeze Noah's neck...(the big kids are quick to rescue poor Noah from the clenches of Tommy!)
Tommy still says (and even said it today), "Noah grow up, him wrestle me!"
Love how Noah is affectionately holding Tommy's leg in these photos...
Charlie loves how Noah likes to rub his back when he lays in bed with us in the morning.
I love how Noah is so quick to giggle when I kiss him roughly on the cheek and 'squiggy' him with my nose and lips. He cracks up and gets us all laughing at him!
