This is Rachel, Paris' favorite friend from Classical Conversations. I'm pretty sure she decided she's her favorite right from the get-go because Rachel played princesses (Ariel is Rachel's favorite princess, too) and has horses at her house! Of course, Paris is gonna love this girl! Rachel is also a sweet heart, so that helps too!!
